The heritage-listed Grace Hotel is an elegant 1930s neo-Gothic building in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
Scaffolding of the towers was always going to be a challenge, not helped by the fact that all components had to be delivered by the lift which meant that nothing could be more than 2.5m long. As it happened, a combination of 2.07m and 1.57m bays proved a perfect fit for the ornate exterior.
Alphasafe Holdings Pty Ltd provided access for the rest of the building with swinging stages, building the counterweight rigs out of Allround.
