At this salt water facility in Kwinana, Western Australia, divers are taught dry welding techniques, and found Layher Allround made an ideal work bench. You would think as they were down there they might assemble it themselves - but apparently not - that was the job of Kerry Morgan, scaffold supervisor for Orvad (WA) Pty Ltd. Outside the pool a Keder roof keeps the trainers protected from the elements.
And in case you ever wondered, the welds are kept dry by argon gas that is pumped over the joint.
