With investment in Layher All-round Lightweight, you have a readymade bridging solution. Simply using core components, including standards, ledgers and diagonal braces, can create impressive bridges for many applications. These structures are able to be built in situ or preassembled and craned into place

Layher’s FW system revolutionised technical modular scaffolding. With the inclusion of just three additional components, Layher Allround is transformed into a large span, high-loading truss.
The system consists of a post, square tube chords and a unique diagonal arrangement assembled from threaded rod and patented fittings. The system has the unique ability to be cambered for larger spans and, when being lifted by a crane, completely eliminates the “sag” experienced by other modular systems.
Being a modular system available in three bay lengths and three truss heights allows for seamless integration with the range of Layher systems.

Since the inception of the FlexBeam several years ago, the applications for this unique product have been endless. Originally designed to support under bridge working decks, FlexBeam has been utilised on birdcages, ramps and overhead protection gantries.
The Aluminium FlexBeam is 280mm deep with a formed U profile, allowing for decks to be placed directly onto the beam. Available in lengths up to 7m, the beam can be easily handled into place and comes with a range of accessories to suspend and add guardrails.
The latest developments in the FlexBeam allow for the installation of progressive bays using the FlexBeam roller. The ability to quickly and safely extend platforms at height using the roller system is already proving to be a game changer in the civil and industrial market, saving our partners significant time and cost.

The Heavy Duty Allround Bridging System offers an extremely high-capacity support solution with a range of high-strength configuration options. It’s possible to connect suspended scaffolding structures and create bridge spans up to 30m. It is even possible to connect several bridge trusses in parallel to increase load-bearing capacities further.
This makes the system ideal for high-span and heavy-load applications, such as pedestrian footbridges and truss support arrangements for building façade scaffolding or temporary roofing.
The 3m post, square chords and threaded road diagonal bracing are installed as a superstructure to the Allround frame for the highest loads possible from a scaffolding system.
