Neat and tidy solutions for a tight site
Using their Layher Allround Lightweight scaffolding system, River City Access took on the challenge to provide access for this 21-storey, new-build apartment block at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
The first success involved the provision of a crane-handled 14m stair tower that was lowered into the excavated basement level. Having impressed their client with that stair structure, River City went on to exceed expectations within an exceptionally tight construction site footprint.
Remarkable productivity efficiencies were achieved by means of Layher’s corner solutions, in combination with the ability to safely assemble the scaffolding in 2m lifts.
