Waste to Energy Plant
Paragon Scaffolding secured the contract to provide access services to this ambitious waste-to-energy project south of Perth. It is estimated that this remarkable facility will result in the avoidance of approximately 485,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually. Read more
Wind Blast Protection
Paragon Scaffolding was approached to provide a sheeted temporary wall to complete the encapsulation of a large shed to allow for blasting and painting operations. Using their Layher Allround Lightweight (LW) scaffolding, Paragon was awarded the contract with a design to withstand wind speeds of 135kph. Read more
Up and Over at Claremont
To construct a railway underpass required the redirection of a Principal Shared Pathway (PSP) and a bridge to support signalling and communications cables whilst excavations were underway. Caledonia (WA) secured the contract and, using their Layher Allround Scaffolding system, a DDA-compliant cycling/pedestrian ramp was constructed. Read more

No ties were permitted to the permanent works; access solutions involved cantilevers and bridges; weather protection was needed for preparatory work; and there was the imperative for safe and efficient assembly and dismantling procedures. When Splash City decided to create Australia’s first ‘pop-up water-park’, Layher Allround was the only viable scaffolding solution. Layher recently was invited to attend the HiSkill training facility in WA to observe and audit the delivery of HiSkill’s Layher Allround Skills Training course.
